I was at work last night catching breackfast for my mantids and was lucky enough to find 7 grasshoppers all in one small area. Most of them seem to be Melanoplus differentailis however one of them I just cant ID. It looks almost exactly like Trimerotropis pallidipennis but it has a hump or ridge on its prothorax and BRIGHT red tibia. Does anyone have any idea what this little guy (or gal) might be?

I kept it and have a camera but getting to a real computer is another matter. (I use the forums from my phone.)

Two grasshoppers come to mind, though I doubt yours is either of them because they are soooo cool and nobody has ever mentioned them in the hobby before.

The dragon

The dinosaur

The crested or great crested

That sounds like three, but I think some of the common names apply to just one grasshopper. Google it!
