A friend of mine found this mantis inside a termite hill, he says its a nymph, about 3cm

This may be an adult one, something related to Bantia, Bantiella, Thrinaconyx or another Thespidae. There is no better ID possible with such pics.

The females of the named taxa are apterous, males are winged.
