These photos were taken with a Nikon D5500 with AF-S NIKKOR 18-55mm lens with wide-lens macro attachment though it is not an actual macro lens. I was wondering if there are any macro professionals out there that could give me a little advice when taking macro photos. Also I need some identification on this grasshopper / katydid-like creature I found in my back yard.
