New mantis!

I found this praying mantis in my back yard today and I think it is a girl. It’s got 6 abdomen segments. I don’t know how to telll how many molts it’s done so far or the species. I live in the middle of Utah just for reference

Congrats! I think that's a European Mantis, I've seen a lot of those before and they're pretty distinctive. they usually have a black spot on the inside of their forelegs, often times with a white spot in the middle. Hope she does well!
