Hello.
I'm new to this forum and pretty much to the hobby. My first mantids were wild caught specimens which I think were European mantises. My first experience with non native (to Colorado) species was with two G. grisea and two unknown species.
Exactly a year ago I got a breeding pair of P. paradoxa but the male died in his final molt. In November I bought two ghost ooths and only one hatched which produced thirty-nine in total. Last week I ordered four wallies and soon I will have some orchids and sooner than that I will have some Idolos.
I'm very well versed in keeping dart frogs and tarantulas of all sorts, including the Theraphosa species so care on most anything is easy, however heat may be a little difficult for the Idolos.
