How would I incubate the ooth? Any method of separating nymphs?

get babies . Any mantis is easy to move, first use a nymph lid, has a hole and foam plug, then just stick in your bamboo stick and let one crawl
on it and you can move them that way, I take the lid off and just collect them, but it takes getting used to.

Can they eat hydei flies? Also they hatched.

Might be a little big, but better than nothing, just don't overfeed as they will scare them, only put in a few at a time to see how they react.

Yea my mantids seem to not pursue for the flies even though they are melongaster flies. Also could they live in a 16 ounce cup for all there lives?

They seem to be on the smaller side of the mantis species so the 16 oz is fine for now but I would probably move them into 32 oz cups if you plan on keeping them in there until they reach adulthood!
