Nutritious Food for my Orchids

Hello! I have only been feeding my orchid male and female moths mainly, who are both L5, and I need to know if this is bad for them and making them grow less? My female has 3 molts to go and is only 1 and a half inches! My male has 1 molt to go and is only a little over an inch? First of all, what should I be feeding them for maximum growth? Secondly, how big on average to Orchid males and females get? Thanks.

They love flies too and try to find some local raw unfiltered honey. It has bee pollen and other good things in it.
