Schoolhouse rock says that the house and senate have to vote and pass any and all bills before the president can sign a bill into law.

So if you are POed, let's not also forget the republican controlled congress who vote for such ###### in the first place.

This is not a bill. It is an "executive agreement" as Obama describes it. Aka, a treaty.

Yes, this was obvious when Obama got this treaty rolling in 2006. No that can't be right. This treaty was drafted by then President Bush as part of his well known policy of helping small businesses,by mandating that ISPs can't host software that can access and play copyrighted media, thus cutting down on counterfeiting and piracy. so it must have been a Good Thing then, but has been sneakily converted by the Obama administration to cheat small business after all. Well, I just hope that he doesn't bully the poor congressmen of the Republican dominated house into voting against their better instincts.
