OMG!!! My H.Grandis TOO???!!!

I just checked on my little guy who now is not so small due to his molt two or so days ago and I noticed his butt looks Just like member "Chrome's" baby's butt. What the .... causes this?? As I was checking him out I even noticed that the opening looked as if his skin/Skell was ripped somehow and oozing clear fluid. I even noticed when he is done munching and fairly full it looks as if it is wider. I really hope he'll be okay.
