My Gongylus females are producing ooths like crazy! I do however have a problem with where they are laying the ooths <_< One of my gongys really like laying the ooths right at the edge of the sliding screen lid that I have on the front of a 40 gallon long that I have stood on end for their breeding tank. How do you remove ooths without harming the eggs? How do you house the ooths once they are removed from the surface? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Wait until your ooth is dry, about 3 days or more, and then if it is on screen, push with your finger on the side that it is not on, but stuck to while pulling sideways on the ooth to slip it off, u can also use razon blade, then use a multitemp glue gun on low setting to put a small dot of glue and attach it that way. Mist three times a week.

Very carefully! Some are just a darn near impossible shape to remove without damage, but a scraper tool would probably be very helpful

Like Rebecca said you can just pull them off. If in a hard to reach place like yours you can carefully use a razor blade.
