Opinion on MantidPets.com?

So up until now, MantidPets.com was my favorite place to buy mantids. Decent prices, healthy mantids, and so on. Recently, I purchased a pair of sexed ghosts in hopes of breeding them, but my poor male was DOA. I took photos and sent an email to Ms. Rebecca (owner of MantidPets) and she never responded. a few days later I sent another email and she responded, saying I was no longer eligible for guarantee since I sent the email too late. I checked her policy and my first email was sent within the timeframe (24 hours) I forwarded the email since she said she never received my first one, and despite seeing that I did send her the email and the date it was sent, she is still saying I'm not eligible! Anybody else have experience with her?
