I have checked on my female and she is close to molting (as one of her front raptors (the front part) has become infected (as it has been bent in transit) and has become a burden. I have amputated the limb (to the first joint of the raptor away) and will give a bit of honey to her. Will she molt fine (with a smaller raptor maybe)? She's close to adulthood.

@KevinsWither Typically it takes two full molts for regrowth for a usable limb - if the mantid is able to regrow the amputated limb which in some cases is not possible.

She should however molt fine, but regrowth will take time.
