Orchid Mantis & Color Change

This might sound like a newbie question, but I remember talking to a guy years ago about Hymenopus coronatus changing colors. I've always had orchid mantids either come out white, or pinkish. Are there any other possible outcome for their color? (other than the yellow form aswell).

For instance, I was wondering if they could every be raised to get a blue-ish tint to them, or purple perhaps? Basically just odd colors...
