We need a clear picture of the underside of the abdomen. The top of the abdomen does not show the differences we need to see and a side shot of the abdomen isn't helpful unless the mantid has been fed really well.
With orchids, a clear picture of the last few segments of the abdomen is most helpful as the females have a cleft on the last visible segment that males do not.

 
I agree with Ranitomeya. We need a picture showing the nymph's segments underneath its abdomen.

It looks like a female. However, I would feed this nymphs a little bit more so the segments can stretch out and total # of segments can be better visible.
