Orchid mantis

I managed to order an orchid mantis ooth. One of my concerns is that they suffer a lot from inbreeding. Is this true? Also, I am wondering about cage setup as I'm a little bit unsure (would mantisplace's cages work with side vents and an autohumdifier?
