orchid ooth care

my female orchid just laid her first ooth-yay!-and i'm wondering if anyone could give me some tips for incubating it. i've incubated ooths before but i know that orchids have special requirements and i really don't want to mess this up! any advice would be greatly appreciated

After all they exist in the same area in the wild
