Orchids and devil flowerS

Hi,

i have been feeding my orchids and Devil Flowers flies. I heard anything else is bad for them or can egg bound them. I had a bad batch of pupae, so I've been feeding my other mantis like ghosts, Dubia, red runners and mealworms. I fed one of my sub-adults orchids a red runner since she really needed to eat. Any advice out there on feeders?

I fed my orchid flies and roaches , if that doesn't work crickets are okay for the orchids but not devil's flowers.
