Hi !!!

I'm very happy!

One of 3 ooths yesterday night have hatched!!!Seven little oxypilus!

The problem is that are more more more little! The size is egual of fruit fly!!!!

What can I give them to eat?

Help me!!!Help the new little guys!!!!

Mine took D. melanogaster without any problems. They are now L2 and still taking melanogaster, mainly because I dont have any hydei right now. I feed them almost every day and give a light mist at least every other day.

Good luck with them!

thank you for yor reply!

The problem is that the melanogaster is big...and the little oxypilus have fear!!!

Is the egual size!!!

How old are the nymphs? They aren't likely to eat until a day or two after hatching.

Edit - Nevermind, read the first post again. Maybe they just need a little more time. As I said, mine took melanogaster with no problems.

THe one that hatched for me didn't show any interest on food until the 3rd or 4th day. Just mist them lightly for the first few days. As Andrew mentioned, they can handle the small fruit flies no problem, even thought they are small, their "huge claws" have no problem securing the prey.
