Oxypilus Distinctus ooths

How to understand when some otths of Oxypilus are in hatch progress?i don't know when they have been placed!!

Put a flashlight up to them. If you can see eyespots, they are close to hatching! I've had one ootheca hatch and one other I can definately see very-developed little nymphs when held up to a flashlight.
