how long is the gap between becoming sub adult and shedding into adulthood for this species?

you may find this blog useful, according to mrblue, his subs moulted to adults in approximately 2 weeks. Although the blog's based on P. ocellata, it'll give you a good idea on when your walhbergii male will moult if kept under high temperature and high abundance of food (very well fed) as these 2 species are practically the same.
