your lineola looks almost the same as my brown female. i like the brown phase better than the green phase in this species.

 
All my 5 patelliferas has 2 strong dots on each arm, orange. but the one on the top picture has 4 small dots. :)

how can you tell it´s sub adult? and gender? /Jimmy

The wing nubs show its subadult and the segments on the back help to figure out if it is female or male... :shifty: I was really bored, so I decided to circle and add arrows... lol...

I have read that males have 8 segments and females have 6 segments. But I have read that females can have 7 segments. Is that true? I have never seen a female with 7 segments. Is it rare?

it differs by species not individuals.
