Mr ***** didn't mention anything about the box feeling hot when he opened it only later when he reported that the female was having troubles. I am not calling his integrity into question, but I know I would have at least mentioned it. I've not asked for a picture or proof of death. Rather,I've taken his word for it. "She looked fine when I unpacked her" Absolutely no mention of a hot package....I feel that I have gone over and above my Live arrival guarantee by refunding his loss and I fail to see how I have fallen short of his expectations...Also: the refund was issued at :Mon 8/24/09 4:53 PM...
I'll continue to provide quality specimens and quality service.
Thanks,
Paul Bollinger
Paul,
I assume your not replying to the death of the one mantis means you are also not interested in supplying me another one. I told you the same day that there were problems with her soon after unpacking and that she eventually died not long after. The box was very hot inside when I opened it. I would expect you to offer a partial refund or replacement as I know I would as long as I had feedback and was informed of any issues. I wanted to give you plenty of time before updating my feedback for you on mantidforum. I hope to hear from you.
Thanks,
Rick

Update. The female is not doing well. She is sluggish and is vomiting and has dried feces on the end of her abdomen. Also will not accept any food. She looked fine when I unpacked her.On the other hand the male is eating and looks great. Will update in the morning.

Again, and I can't stress this enough. I've had bad luck lately with shipping to me. A cold pack is a must and a box that allows airflow within

Thanks Paul. My wife just paypaled you $50 for a pair (male and female) subadult if possible. It will come under ***** ***** so you know that is actually me. I will leave you feedback once I get them. Please pack accordingly since it is hot here and express mail takes TWO days to reach me. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay Paul. Do you still have a pair of subadults? I am pretty sure these are a US mantis but want you to verify. I want them for a mantis exhibit at the museum however I can only have US mantids there. Thanks.
