Okay, basically, I have stumbled across a bit of a predicament in my development 
I don't know if anyone has much experience with phpBB at all, but this is what im having trouble with.
Basically, I have ran a new dump through MySQL, and it has been executed successfully. However, on the actual phpBB board, the information from the new database (user accounts etc) are not showing up. It is as if the baord is by passing the new database. However, when I select the backup databse from the phpBB admin panel, the dump is exactly the same as the one I ran through MySQL, with all the accounts and such like.
So, I really do not know why these aren't showing up on the board.
Any solutions, please PM rather than make any replies.
