Phyllocrania Paradoxa - too easy?

I mated my ghosts last night (adult approx. 3 weeks). After a few days of feeding up, I put them both in a large tank, the male quickly approached the female, jumped on and after about 20 minutes of fumbling connected for about 1.5 hours, before jumping off and coming towards me and back into his tank. All a bit too easy. Was expecting it too last longer too.

Does anyone think I need to remate or can I assume job done? I don't want to wait around for infertile ooths to never hatch but also don't want to risk mating (even if risks here are small) when not needed.

Remating is the best option. Ooths should hatch if mated multiple times

Always best to mate multiple times, although I've never had one that didn't take after only a single session.
