Phyllocrania paradoxa

One of my mantids is a male p paradoxa and he just molted to l7 I believe. No wings and my female is already an adult. How can I speed up his growth? How long do I have until my female lays her ooth? The containers are not heated along with the female being an adult from November 16.

1. As with all mantis, either get it warmer and her cooler.
