While I was sick, dad caught another mantis for me!
Unfortunately, mom took the camera with her when she went on this latest business trip, so I can't take any pictures till tomorrow evening.
It's fairly small and lightly built, along with having eight (ten if you count the segments its legs are attatched to) segments, so I'm guessing it's male. The wings are also very small, making me think it still has at least one more molt to go before it's an adult (then again, with how little experience I have, I could be totally off and it's actually an adult female budwing).
The color is cream/tan, and it does have markings on the inside of its arms. These marking don't look like my M. relisiosa's, though. These markings are white at the base of the arm fading to either black or dark blue as it gets closer to the 'elbow' joint. This marking is fairly small, though noticable on inspection.
Any help in IDing would be greatly appreciated!
