Those sure are fascinating mantids. Where are they from? Anyone have them in culture yet? How big do they get? Nice pictures too.

It;s not mimicry but camouflage. Mimicry is 'pretending' to be an other animal, like a fly imitating a wasp or Extatosoma tiaratum imitating a scorpion.
