i've kept my creobroter gemmatus together since they was 1st instar. they are now 4th/5th and believe it or not i've only had 3 losses out of 15. i've observed then a few times and haven't noticed any aggressive behaviour.

has anyone else ever kept them together?

Right now I have 5 together in one critter keep and 6 in another and had only one that I know of signs of cannibalization and had one other molt to adult and they are all like l3 or l4 so it is possible to keep them together but have to keep them fed to keep them from eating each other as any species goes! Also got like around 5 l2s in a container with a few l1 chinese nymphs who should be l2 soon and so far they have not shown any signs of eating each other either!

Creobroter sp do eat each other but the cannibalism can be kept to the minimum with plenty of food and space. Instead of fighting each other or trying to steal a limb of their sibling, mantis prefers prey with less resistance like flies so constant food supply helps. Lower temperature also tend to reduce cannibalism from my observation.
