How do you place videos in your post? Not the link but the video from youtube or photobucket?

Media tags. Thus your post would use this format:

[media]www.youtube.com/your_video_link_here[/media]

If that is confusing, just use the "Share" feature on Youtube to generate the string to paste into your post.
