I have repeatedly tried to upload a pic of for my profile and it does not work - tells me to contact Admin . What is wrong?

Hi Arkanis,
At the top of the forum, click My Controls.
Then on the left of the page that comes up, click Edit Avatar Settings.
Then upload your "avatar". There are requirements as to size and format of the photo/file, as follows:
"Your avatar must be no bigger than 120 pixels by 120 pixels in size. Uploaded avatars from your computer must be no larger than 75 KB.
The following file types are allowed: gif,jpg,jpeg,png".
Please contact me directly through PM if you need additional assistance.
