I have 3 breeding sets of "Callosamia promethea" or Promethea Silkmoth, going at it today, and laying eggs tonight and tomorrow. I'm not entirely sure what I want to do with them, but if anyone is interested in raising caterpillars, send me a PM. I'm not interested in getting paid (you can pay for shipping), but please don't ask if you're going to use them as feeders. It's really not practical, anyway.

I don't have any decent pics of my own, but you can google them by searching "Callosamia promethea" or "Promethea Silkmoth" or "Spicebush Silkmoth" or "Tulip-Tree Silkmoth". You can also check out some links below. Silkmoths, in general are beuatiful, but NOT energetic. You get about 5 days as moths and that's it! Lotta work for the big finalle. Besides, there are places online to order cocoons, if you just want to skip ahead to the "good part".
