Pseudoharpax and a Huge Fly

The other day I had a fairly large green bottlefly and my L4 male pseudoharpax looked hungry

I thought this fly would be way too big for him, but i threw it in there anyway, figuring if he won't eat it a popa will

so we drive home (I didn't drive, my mom did, I'm only 15 :D ) and when I brought him back up to my room, I saw this:

I took the photo through the plastic of the cage, so the pics are a bit blurry

but you can see the fly is rather large for him

he only ate like half of it

these tough little guys always amaze me

 
:D They are little piggies. I miss my Gambians. When they were L2 they'd have a Hydei in each claw at feeding time.
