Just thought my davisoni mantis female nymph was doing so well after molting from a small mismolt and now one of her arms is frozen open somewhat and she cant close it but she has the other good arm but hoping of course she will make do and has anyone ever had a nymph or two have this kind of injury where they may have somehow overextended or extended a claw and somehow it is stuck open and wont close and how well did they recover and I am sure or hoping a molt could fix it when she does molt again but dont know how well they can molt through with frozen claws either frozen shut or stuck in a open position!

Is she sub? If so it many be able to be corrected in the final molt IF she is extremely well misted

Then she may get even better. Just make sure they are heavily misted daily. So far i've been doing that and I've never had a single problem or mismolt. i cant exactly afford a mismolt because i only have a pair.

My Idolo had that at about L3 and she had no trouble eating and was perfect after next molt.

Same thing happened to my Chinese, but fixed herself next (and final) molt, luckily.
