I found two weeks ago a 3 cm long mantis and kept it ever since. I feed it with flies i happen to find at home every 3-4 days. I noticed it will also eat raw chicken meat as videos show, but i doubt the nutritional value is appropriate. Is it unhealthy to feed sometimes with raw meat when i cant find flies? If no how much?

Honey is good as well as whole milk. I kept one alive for two months on that diet.
