I just had a chinese ooth hatch today and this week it is supposed to have a low of 48degrees is this ok?
release time?

Do you know if the mantids in your area have hatched? If so it's good to release them now. They may be ok anyways because 48 is well above freezing. The mantids here hatched in march and we have had nights colder than that and they are still fine. I'd say it's fine to release them.
