up to how old does a female mantis have to be to continue releasing pheremone to breed if there is any sort of time table?

As i tried to rebreed my 2 females with my only male gemmatus and they both dont seem interested in breeding after they produced for me at least 5 ooths each and one other female that passed away a few weeks ago. She left me a couple ooths but i do believe these to be infertile while the other ones were all laid by my mated females and 2 of the 12 ooths i have hatched about 40ish nymphs!!Maybe I will wait till the male acts a little restless to try to mate him with the females again just wish there was maybe a clear sign from the male that means he is ready to mate again!!

You don't really need to know that to mate them. If they won't mate it could be they are too old or too young or you're not doing something right. If they have already been mated you don't need to do it again.
