I think that a price, or at least an estimate of what a person is looking for, should be required for all for sale ads. It's pretty annoying to have to waste your time and message someone or make an offer to even determine if you can afford to pay for a desired species. This is especially bad for species that have never been offered before, or are rare, and only have make offer as a price.

They're $40 each or 3 for $150... But seriously I agree with what your saying, I think it's a way for people to sell to the highest offer they receive, but if that is the approach then they should just say so?

They set these rules yrs back in the dart hobby due to people charging different prices or just taking the highest offer. I say set a price and should a friend message you then give them a deal if you want. Otherwise your just asking for unlimited inquiries on something they may not be able to get.

I do understand why some do not list prices, its a way to avoid any sales info being listed, Many do not claim their sales in taxes and want no public record of it.

I agree. Price and Location Shipping from.

Those should be listed in classifieds. If the location is too far away, your expensive mantids may die in transit.

Everyone has their location under their name on the left hand side though. I've always known where they're coming from even if it wasn't specified. If they're not at home and are somewhere else then yeah they should say that, but otherwise I like how Henry and Yen do it. Whats for sale, A couple prices based on how many you buy and even pictures of how they look.

and then when you google it you get pictures of like 5 different species and you aren't sure which is which. Try googling Mesopteryx alata. Thats why I was grateful Yen posted pics of them otherwise I wouldn't have known what they looked like. I even think most of the results when you search them are religiosa too
