Right fruit fly size for Taiwanese flower mantis and Theopropus elegans

Like when will they be ready to take the smaller species of fly and the larger species of fruit fly. How big when grown?

Ive fed all my mantis hydei fruit flies from the start. Even the tiny boxers. They went after those more than the smaller Meloganstar (spelled wrong probably) ; )
