Sexing Ghosts

Google tells me that females have 6 abdominal segements, while males have 7 (or 8?).

I've included some pictures (and my guess) so you guys can (hopefully) tell me from the 4 I have left, which are male and female.

I believe they are L4, with the exception of Ghost 3 who is still L3.

I apologize for having to use the digital zoom since I don't have a macro lens (yet!).

Ghost 1: Male?

Ghost 2: Female?

Ghost 3:Male?

Ghost 4: (Who I've nicknamed tripod) Female?

Ghost 5 met an unfavourable end last week after not being able to keep up molt wise with the others. Who was the murderer? I guess I'll never know, since they left no evidence :lol:

You can tell by the jaggedness of the crown on top of their head. Females have one and males have two.
