She's gone green!

Ha! Thursday night my Reload molted but was still brown. Today I was feeding and when I took the lid off her cup out popped a little jalapeño! I didn't do anything crazy. Didn't make it a point to raise humidity or anything. She just popped up green. Lol it's cool!

Well all my Ghosts are named Reloads since its usually impossible to tell them apart and they roll communally except two.but now this one will have to be a Zombie Reload! It's green tipped! Lol it's so friggin cute. Just, hi Iam green today! Lol

That green is pretty. The ghosts have a cool color variation between individuals.

I am hoping that one of mine goes black. I have always wanted a black mantis.

Not many actually. I have only five in a butterfly enclosure and a sexed pair seperated out and a little runt that hangs out mostly with me. The green one is the female from the sexed pair. I want to get some ghost ooths and make a colony though. I haven't been able to really do it with these guys because their instars are so varied and I think my biggest dude would nom in a few little guys. Lol

Yeah the group you sent me varies from light tan to Spider-Man red (burgundy suit not comic) lol the green is from a separate sexed group from transam.

Iam not sure if I got her at L1 or L2 but she's shed 3 times since being with me. As I recall Bugtrader has a boat load of ghost ootheca, buy one and start a colony. These guys are so funny!

It was the oddest thing, she was jut standard brown ghost and them shed and was a pale color and then, baam! Green! Awesome!
