I'm shipping a 32oz seeded fruit fly culture from Florida to California. Does anyone have any packaging/preparation tips? Keeping the culture upright in the box is easy, but our friendly postal service has difficulties with "this side up" instructions. ? I'm sending a seeded culture, so I haven't prepared the medium yet. Any tips or tricks on preparing the culture so the media will be a little more stable when turned upside down? A thicker medium? I have a trick to secure the climbing material so that it doesn't move, but I'm not sure where to go from there.
