Hi!! My C.gemmatus female is 11 days old now and she is moving their abdomen up and down and it looks like she has no end eating and eating... she ate 3 mealworm (small ones) and 1 bbf today. Something went wrong?? Should i be worried? Is that the "breeding call"?

If it was the breeding time, could i do it on a 37oz deli cup? I have 3 females and 2 males and still no clue when to breed them... haha

Is your female 11 days old or 11 days after becoming an adult (final molt with wings)? Moving the abdomen is pretty normal behavior, it doesn't necessarily mean anything. I wouldn't call 3 small mealworms and a fly "no end eating", sometimes they just eat more than other times, it doesn't mean anything is wrong. If she is becoming sexually mature then she does need to be well fed in order to breed.

I don't breed mine but I do know that for most species it usually takes around 2 weeks after the final molt for a female to be mature enough to breed. For more detailed breeding info check the Creobroter Care Sheet
