Sick, or just gonna lay?

I have an adult female spiny flower. She has been adult for a month now, and her mate will mature soon. She is acting lethargic atm, so I'm a bit worried. She looks gravid, but I'm not sure. She won't eat (honey) or drink. Do you think she is sick, or is she going to lay an infertile ooth?

She is dead. I don't know how it happened! She was eating fine (Dubias) and drinking, and then she gets lethargic and dies!
