The hatch...

So, seriously, are you doing a documentary as a school project? You've got plenty of stock material now. Just need a script and a voice over.

Has anyone seen a dedicated mantis documentary? Just fascinating stuff.

Pretty cool! Do you have images of adults?
I only have one now at L3. Yen has pics of adults.

No school for me. I'm just an unemployed guy using the time off to explore things I've always wanted to but never had the time. It gave me the chance to experience how amazing mantids are. Wanting to document and share them with others pushed me to learned video production and now photography. I'm now gathering enough material for a photo book, calendar and hopefully a DVD or two. I don't think my current video quality is up to par so I'm investing in a better camcorder soon.

I'm hoping my love of these insects will in some way lead to a new career. One I'm actually passionate about!
