Just like to share my way taking care Nymph's. I like to pick out few Breeding stock from hatching with extra Care make sure they grow faster lol the reset can stay together till number goes down .. Just need to do some DIY tape the side for climbing and glue gun some grip mats for the babies to molt.

about 5.5cm hight will be able to keep must species from L1-L4 easy . Some smaller species can be in side for life ... like Ant Mantis.

7 Ghost 1 roll ... so I got 5 x 7 = 35 spaces lol ....

they sell 2XL and 3XL the one in the PIC is 3xl 2xl is only 4 CM i feel is wast of money ... so I only go for 3XL 5.5cm is good size fit all species L1-L4-L5 easy

Feeding fruit flies has to be difficult though.

In the center on the mesh I cut a hole with sponge so feeding is easy just dump it in and fest .....

Oh Rick you are talking about the 7x container .. nop is easy tap from FF's in a 32oz dell cup open the lid just tap in 70% of the time mantis wont move I been using this set up for 1yr is good don't even need to cut holes on the 7x container is not 100% sealed so air can get in, but FF's can't get out

Great idea. As far as misting, do you mist each individual compartment? Seems like with no opening, it would get pretty wet in there and it could get mold?

What do you think of other nymphs like Sphodromantis? What would you say is the maximum size nymph that the container can handle without dealing with mismolts?

What is the material that is on the top of each compartment? looks like some kind of bubble wrap or something?

Sorry for the many questions but because you have been using it for a year, I'm sure you have dealt with any issues.

It s a non skid material used for shelf liners or also to keep rugs from slipping on wooden floors.

The stuff on the sides looks different from the stuff on the top in the picture labeled "L1 Ghost chilling in the new home"

Is the stuff on the ceiling of the compartment the shelf liner as well? It looks different.

The tops are shelf liners. I'm not sure what is on the sides are. In the OP it states it is DIY tape. I'm not sure what it is, exactly.

Yeah, I didn't quite understand the DIY tape. I assume all tape is do it yourself, normally you don't hire someone to use tape for you.

Maybe I'm missing something.

I've seen seen the DIG brand on products at the hardware store.

That looks like the foam tape they sell for sealing gaps around doors and windows.
