I know what you're talking about with the bubbles being in the foam and all, it's just that they almost look like nymphs trying to hatch.  You can't tell in the photos, but the "bubbles" are transparent with little black and yellow dots inside them.  They could be trying to hatch, because I've been incubating them at around 82 degrees Farenheit and 50% humidity for about three weeks.  You're right, it's probably pretty normal.
