What is the average Copulation-Readiness time for a male and female Spiny flower mantis?

Ex. (3 weeks)

I mated mine when the males had been 4 weeks as adult and the females were around 4-5 weeks. I tried earlier at around 3 weeks but the males showed no interest and the females were extremely aggressive.
