Stagmomantis floridensis (Pics from my cousin)

My cousin, who is not on Mantidforum yet, is also a mantid enthusiast. He found a male Stagmomantis floridensis over 70mm (He said it was around 72mm after he measured it). What an awesome mantid! Hard to find also! Here are the pix:

Nice pic. That long thorax is a give-a-way for a florida mantid.

It's cool how it looks like a carolina but at the same time it doesn't! I like the long thorax, where do these mantids range? Do they come up into NC at all?

It only lives in Florida sadly.
