Stagmomantis Oothecae wanted

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a few ooths from folks out West, of Stagmomantis limbata (also maybe californica or gracilis if anyone KNOWS that's what they've got), but limbata for sure!

I am also looking from someone from the East that has or can field collect a few Stagmomantis carolina for me.

I am planning some experiments for this winter and I will need a fair quantity of each for this. They won't be harmed - I am looking at pheromones!

Are you looking to cross these two? If so I have already done it and am waiting on the ooth to hatch and hopefully it will. You said pheremones so if you're just going to see if they will mate then yes they will. Other non similar mantids will mate also but not produce any offspring. I have an S. Limbata ooth and should have another s. carolina ooth laid soon.

At the moment I am just looking for ooths or adult pairs, I suppose, would also suffice. Mostly I need the S. carolina! I will leave the cross-breeding experiment up to you guys.
