Firstly, it probably wasn't even really her.
If her brain was somehow in the cyborg, I think that she was doing pretty well . Have you tried shooting a shotgun from the back seat of a speeding car? It ain't as easy as it looks!
Besides, she has to do what Murdoc says, for now.
I guess she stopped the bullet that came in through the windshield. I think it's a shame.

Besides, if you ff (oh, "freeze frame", not "fruit fly") at 4.58 it's clear that the car turns into some kind of robotic fish and they get away.
